The Creative Connection
Last year some of my bestest crafty friends came back from an event in Minnesota called "The Creative Connection". And usually I'm pretty good about the fact that I can't be everywhere at the same time. This time however their stories of what a fantastic couple of days they had really got me a bit jealous.
I admit.
Not only will I be teaching a couple of crochet classes, but I've also been asked to be in a roundtable for one of their "Pitch Slam" sessions! This is an opportunity for crafters to present their ideas to industry professionals, then afterwards they sit in a roundtable discussion to go over the feedback from their presentations!
I sure wish I had something like that when I was starting out! Could have avoided several not so tragic but somewhat embarrassing mistakes.

Sometimes I get jealous.
Anywho, fast forward to this year and I find it amazing that I've been asked to teach at this year's event!! Woohoo! I know it's going to be awesome just based on what everyone said to me last year. I can hard. Ly. Wait!!!
