FPM
Wow, it's what? Tuesday? Hey, if you ever have something that you can't stand waiting for, like a great trip or your pen pal from Scotland coming to visit, go into what I call FPM (Full Production Mode). I am not exaggerating when I say that I have 59 projects due between now and February 1st! Hooray! Abundance! And Mother Nature is cooperating by keeping the outside temperatures chilly! (I hesitate to say "cold" because y'all, the high in Minneapolis yesterday was zero...now THAT'S COLD!). And it seems like yesterday was last Monday. The time flies by when you start crocheting around 8 am and stop around 11 pm. Every day. Oh, and the added bonus, you don't just lose days, you lose pounds too since eating isn't the highest priority. I cooked a turkey last Friday and have been sticking my head in the fridge every few hours to chew on it. Martha Stewart would be so proud!
And because of the perfect storm of FPM weight loss and the fact that it is only 40 degrees outside I am able to wear my Weekend Sweater from Designs for Guys today! Hooray!!

Hey Drew. So how do you avoid injuring yourself when in FPM? I'm recovering from tennis elbow and it's putting a serious cramp in my crocheting time. I'm worrying that I'll never be able to get back to crocheting through a movie or longer. Do you have any tips?
PS. Am I still #1?

Lol, Minneapolis is at 3 degrees now, a heatwave from the -10 I woke up to this morning! Perfect for hiding under a blanket and crocheting, especially when the kitties cuddle in too.

Try a crockpot/slow cooker for cooking. It works all day with no supervision and gives you a pile of food. Most recipes are quick and easy. Good luck on the production. It's the good news/bad news thing.

Oh hey, wait one minute here. That is you on that page, isn't it! You thought we wouldn't notice now did you? What a tricky guy you are. You look better in real life! LOL Great fun.
